FROM STIGMA TO STRENGTH

Most people think that if you’ve been diagnosed with HPV, it means you’re promiscuous, you’ve engaged in risky behavior, or you’re somehow “dirty”, but what most people DON’T know is that the virus is very robust and taking precautions isn’t always enough. So, take a deep breath and read on, so you can get the info you need to make the best choice for your care

According to the CDC, there is no treatment for the HPV virus itself.

While there are various treatments for health problems caused by HPV including genital warts, cervical precancer and cancer, and other HPV-related cancers, there are no FDA approved treatments for the virus itself. Although progression to cancer is rare, there is (understandably) a lot of fear and uncertainty associated with a diagnosis, because it’s impossible to tell which infections will clear on their own and which will progress to cancer, so the lack of options can be disheartening for people facing persistent infections.

FROM FEAR TO RELIEF

FACTS ABOUT PERVISTOP

The first, controlled clinical trial of Pervistop™ included 40 female patients with persistent HPV infections and low-grade cervical lesions (LSIL).

20 of the patients were treated with Pervistop™, 1 tablet per day for 3 months while 20 were left untreated (control group).

After the 3 months, the following was shown in the Pervistop™ group**:

  • LSIL regression in 85% of treated patients
  • 85% of women had a negative HPV-DNA test
  • Most people experienced no or minor side effects (gastrointestinal disturbances)
  • Results were statistically significant (p ≈ 0.0001 vs control group)

**These results must be replicated in a larger clinical trial, with more patients to confirm safety and effectiveness

Recent clinical research has further confirmed the benefits of Pervistop™ in supporting women with persistent HPV infections and cervical lesions.
In a prospective clinical study – published by Porcaro et al., 2025 – 106 women with cervical high-risk HPV infections were enrolled and all received Pervistop™ (1 tablet/day for 6 months).

After 6 months of supplementation, the study reported:

  • Viral clearance in 85.8% of enrolled patients;
  • Complete regression of HPV-induced cervical lesions in 92.3% of cases;
  • 71.8% of patients with persistent infection tested negative to HPV DNA;
  • No reported adverse effects.

In a controlled open label clinical trial conducted within the regional HPV screening program in Puglia (Italy), 163 women with HPV infection were enrolled; 86 received Pervistop (once daily for 3 months), while 77 followed standard clinical surveillance.

After 3 months (T1)

  • In the treatment group, the percentage of women who still had HPV on the DNA test dropped from 47.6% at the start to 18.6%. In the control group, it went from 58.4% to 40.3%, so the reduction was clearly greater with the supplement.
  • 40.7% of treated women had a normal Pap test after 3 months, compared with only 9.1% in the control group.

After 6 months (T2)

  • In the treatment group, 83.7% of women had a normal Pap test by 6 months, and none developed high-grade lesions.
  • In the control group, only 36.4% had a normal Pap test and 6.5% of women developed high-grade lesions (HSIL)

Adverse events were not described in the publication.

An “in-vitro study” is when scientists do experiments and tests on cells or tiny parts of the body in a lab dish, instead of inside a living person or animal.

SUMMARY**:

  • The human papilloma virus (HPV) is responsible for most cases of cervical cancer worldwide.
  • While many HPV infections go away on their own and pre-cancerous lesions can heal, some infections persist and might lead to more serious cervical cancer.
  • The study aimed to see what happens when a combination of substances (EGCG, FA, B12, and HA) is used on HPV-positive cervical cancer cells (HeLa cells).
  • The combination of these substances caused a notable increase in cell death (apoptosis) and in the activity of the p53 gene, decreased.
  • This research suggests that the combination of EGCG, FA, B12, and HA might have a beneficial effect against HPV infection by increasing cell death and p53 gene activity in HPV-infected cervical cells (HeLa cells).

**NOTE: Because this study was done on cells in a lab, and not on humans, one cannot relate the results to how the product would work in humans. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

SUMMARY:

  • Human papillomavirus (HPV) infections are commonly sexually transmitted worldwide.
  • More than 90% of HPV infections are asymptomatic, transient, and regress within 6-12 monhs, but in some cases, the infection can persist over a year, increasing the probability of developing malignant tumors.
  • HPV vaccines may reduce, but not eliminate, the risk of cervical cancer without altering the course of existing HPV infections.
  • Scientific researches has highlighted the potential role of some natural supplements in preventing persistent HPV infections and/or promoting the regression of HPV-related lesions, with a special focus on epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), folic acid, vitamin B12 and hyaluronic acid (HA).
  • EGCG (from green tea) can inhibit the proliferation of HPV-infected cells by interfering with the viral life cycle, promoting degradation of the E6 and E7 oncoproteins.
  • Folate and vitamin B12: low levels are linked to HPV infection, so supplementing these vitamins may help limit HPV genome integration and promote viral clearance.
  • Hyaluronic Acid can help prevent HPV infection by supporting tissue healing, acts as an important adjuvant that enhances the effect of other compounds and may reduce lesion burden.

Based on the available evidence for each component combining EGCG, folic acid, vitamin B12 and hyaluronic acid may represent a promising approach for managing HPV infection and for preventing its persistence.

The comparative review by Porcaro et al., 2025 evaluates available supplement formulations proposed in HPV care, focusing on combination of epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG), Folic Acid (FA), Vitamin B12 (B12), and Hyaluronic Acid (HA). The review analyzes clinical studies on multiple HPV-targeted formulations.

Key findings:

  • The oral combination of EGCG, FA, B12, and HA is supported by multiple clinical investigations (case reports, controlled clinical trials, an open-lable controlled study in a regional screening setting, and a single-arm open-label trial), which consistently report high rates of HPV clearance and regression of low-grade cervical lesions over 3-6 months of treatment.
  • In studies on the EGCG, FA, B12, and HA combination patient adherence was complete in three trials, while tolerability was favorable, with no adverse effects reported by Porcaro et al., and only one gastrointestinl event, promptly resolved without treatment discontinuation, described by Aragona et al.
  • Among the different strategies assessed in the study, the combination of EGCG, FA, B12, and HA demonstrated more solid and promising results in terms of HPV clearance and regression of lesions, with statistically significant effects observed as early as three months.

One recent clinical evidence on Pervistop™ includes a case series of five women with long-term persistent HPV infections (from 1 to 7 years), affecting both cervical and anal areas.
Each patient received Pervistop™ for 3 to 6 months, depending on clinical history.

After treatment, the following was observed:

  • 100% of patients test negative HPV-DNA
  • Cytological lesions and inflammation significantly improved
  • Both cervical and anal HPV infections responded positively to treatment
  • Adverse events were not described in the publication.

These results support the potential of Pervistop™ as an approach to counteract HPV persistence, although further clinical studies with larger populations and longer follow-up are required to confirm safety and efficacy.

One recent clinical report on Pervistop™ describes a 39-year-old woman with a 9-year history of persistent HPV-16 infection with recurrent high-grade cervical lesions (up to HSIL/CIN3) despite three LEEPs and one laser conization. Due to this condition, she received a medical indication for hysterectomy. As it is an irreversible procedure and considering the fertile age of the patient, she decided to ask for another medical opinion, becoming the subject of this case report study.

She started oral supplementation with Pervistop for 8 weeks, taking 2 tablets per day :

  • After treatment, Pap test and cervical biopsy showed only chronic cervicitis, with no intraepithelial or malignant lesions.
  • At 6-month follow-up, colposcopy, Pap test and HPV-DNA test were all negative.

This favorable clinical course allowed the patient to avoid the hysterectomy that had been proposed as the only therapeutic option.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Pervistop is supported by several scientific publications, including 1 preclinical study, 3 clinical studies, 2 case reports and 2 narrative reviews; and research is ongoing. The results were observed after consistent daily use for at least 3 months, as reported in these studies. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. "I have been taking Pervistop that I purchased on the internet from a pharmacy in Italy after hearing about the clinical trials. Happy to see that it is now available through Amazon and am able to save money on the shipping. After taking Pervistop daily for the last 6 months I have had a negative HPV test result. My Gynecologist recommends that I continue taking the supplement. I have added it to my subscriptions on Amazon for the savings. I would recommend this supplement."

"I took these supplements as directed. I don’t usually write a reviews. But!!!! Let me just say I tried everything went to hell and back in a two year time frame trying to clear the virus. Multiple abnormal Pap tests and procedures to clear the abnormal cells the virus created on my cervix and vagina. Saw this on Amazon and read the reviews. Started taking it. I took it for 4 to 6 months. Pap test came bacck the cells went from CIN 2 to atypical cells. Next repeat Pap test came back negative. Fast forward I had three repeat paps and they have all been negative. So is it worth a try? Yes!!!! 💯. Hope this helps someone who is going through this.

FAQ

  1. What is Pervistop?
Pervistop is a dietary supplement based on a unique blend of natural micronutrients (ECGG, folate, vitamin B12 and hyaluronic acid). Researchers have highlighted how the combined action of these molecules could have a synergistic effect in counteracting HPV infection.

  2. What is HPV?
HPV, or human papilloma virus, is a common viral infection that is usually spread through sexual contact. Up to 80% of sexually active people will have HPV at least once in their lifetime. There are over 100 types of HPV, with some types being categorized as high risk (cancer causing) and other types being categorized as low risk (non-cancer causing).

  3. What does it mean to have a persistent infection?
While most people will clear the infection on their own, via the immune system, some infections are unable to be eliminated by the body. An infection is considered persistent if it remains for years.

  4. Why did we choose the name Pervistop?
Pervistop was developed to relief patient with persistent HPV infections, so the name is based on the idea to STOPping the physilogical imbalance by PERsistence of the VIrus and restore the normal physiological balance, or turned around, PER-VI-STOP.

  5. How should Pervistop be taken?
First and foremost, you should always follow your trusted healthcare professional’s recommendations and advice. That said, the recommended dosing which is also based on the clinical studies is one tablet per day. Some people may see results in 3 months, we recommend that Pervistop be taken for at least 6 months to see the full effect.

  6. How long will it take to see improvement of physiological wellbeing? It will vary depending on many factors including the type of HPV strain you have, how persistent your infection is (how long you’ve had it without it clearing on its own), your own personal immune system, your body’s reaction to the ingredients in Pervistop, among others. Because Pervistop is a dietary supplement, and not a pharmaceutical drug, it is meant to support your own body’s natural defense system, so it may take some time to work. Always keep in mind that dietary supplements like Pervistop are not approved by the FDA to treat, cure, or diagnose any disease, and these statements have not been reviewed by the FDA.

  7. How will I know if Pervistop is working?
While many people are symptom-free, and only find out they have HPV through routine testing, in some people HPV causes a variety of signs and symptoms which may include, but are not limited to:
    • genital warts,
    • various grades of cervical lesions (insert definitions),
    • cervical, mouth/throat, or other forms of cancer (rare)

To understand if Pervistop is helping your immune system, you can monitor your own external warts. However, we advise you to consult your doctor and undergo a PAP-test and/or HPV DNA test to check the other signs of HPV.

  8. What are the side effects?
In clinical studies Pervistop was generally tolerated. Only one patient reported mild gastrointestinal discomfort and no serious adverse were reported.
